The library down the road from me is has a secret agenda of hoping people steal books. They have more books than they can put out and are going bankrupt on storing the extras. I mean they don't want you to steal them but if you accidently get few books and never come back, hoorah for them.

TGB, whats the problem? All i see is a lady just doing her job. Perhaps she got reamed by her boss for not checking ID's carefully. She didn't make the rules, she's just enforcing them. Do yourself a favor and update all your ID......problem solved, case closed.

I understand "just doing her job" - however I've checked out with this woman before. I dont know her name but come on now how hard is it to just say "ok well do this for you but take care of the id" - I do it all the time at my job. Theres a time to be a stickler and a time to say "fuck it Ill hook em up". Thats all. |
