i doubt this will fix ur ip problem but its worth a shot, even if it doesnt it will more than likely help ur pc.

download and run. best defragger ive seen. it will give a read out of how fast everything should run at compared to how yours does now, and after its done it gives a read out how much of a performance uve gained back. after its done its job uninstall it.

I defrag about every two weeks and I use IE, it works fine. My line of thought is, if it aint broke dont fix it. How much room is left on your harddrive?

see if u have any spyware

run spybot search and destroy and adaware 6.

If you want to uninstall ie. start> control panel > Add remove programs > add remove windows components

I use Diskeeper, it is warm.

I have plenty of room , i think i got spyware...any good spyware removers besides ad aware, last time i used it it locked up and took a shit on me.....POS
