some club rivalry matches are more exciting than international matches, i dont get exposed to Celtic much, only if they play championsleague against italian teams, but English Premier rivalry games are fantastic

Well celtic was founded in 1888, rangers 1873, two glasgow teams so pretty much since celtic was founded i think. A celtic goalkeeper in 1931 was killed by a rangers player, he went down to get the ball and got a boot in the head, obviously accidental but the guy died as result of ths so that done a lot to fuel it.

soccer is popular because thats all your euros have....you dont play american football(nflk europe...zzzzz) baseball, basketball .....
