Yup, anything from Jester Race, Whoricle, maybe Colony. Then rest is utter shit.
You may want to check Dark Tranquillity. They are a lot like old In Flames. Usually a bit harsher in the riffs and vocals, though.

Its called Death Metal not because of the lyrics, but the riffs, drums.

NO. Metal like every other genre out there has subgenres based on sounds and not lyrical content.
