Standardized testing is a good thing for a number of reasons, one of which
is to measure a person's knowledge or abilities in any given field compared
with a large enough sample of the population to determine where everyone
stands according to a set standard. Anyone complaining about them is only
trying to conceal their fear or blame their inadequacy on the tests. This isn't
uncommon when referring to intelligence testing, but I don't care to discuss
specifics. There's plenty of data for psychometrics and standardized testing
so do your homework... ;-)

You'd have to be pretty dense to fail one. It's all about where you stand
in comparison with the population average... :-)~
