The Russians are supposed to have a funky beast called the "Chiorny Oriol" but it's nearly impossible to find pictures of it.

It's interesting how the basic design of the tank hasn't changed much since it's beginnings....

They have "flattened" out a little more, that is all I see; but yes, they have not changed very much since.
