Well, I just got done putting the whole system together on http://www.newegg.com and I used the same brand same parts and all, and it comes out to $1,367.33 with shipping. That includes 1 gig (2x 512 DDR2 PC4200) Ram. I will look into it some more, but, thanks for the info guys and too bad some people here seem to be getting offended... it was just a simple set of questions.

P.S. and no, I will not stop ending my posts with that

how was i supposed to know it was only $20?? if you want a good gaming system ditch this and spend the other $20 on RAM since you are on a limited budget. since your on a limited budget, $20 shouldnt be just throwen away.

Ok I took everyones comments into deep consideration. I also had to do some research to see if the MoBo I was getting would indeed support 1066 FSB...well after I looked around with google for a bit, I found out that it does NOT support 1066FSB. So I said, hell if I am not getting the MAIN feature that I want, I am getting ass raped with the memory, and I am losing alot of self respect cause I am paying someone to have the joy I should...and that is build it MYSELF, I might as well go and buy and build one!! Ok, so with that being said, I took my happy ass over to http://www.newegg.com and built the following, I will be saving just a 4th check and I will get this beast. Lemme know how it sounds to you guys now?

RAIDMAX SAMURAI ATX-901WBP Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 450W Power Supply

-

ABIT Fatal1ty AA8XE Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 925XE ATX Intel Motherboard (supports 1066FSB)

-

Intel Pentium 4 3.6 GHz 800MHz FSB LGA 775 Processor Model 1MB L2 Cache

-

1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) System Memory

-

PNY Geforce 6600GT 128MB GDDR3 PCI-Express x16 Video Card
(Core = 500 MHz / RAM = 1000 MHz)

-

Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 6Y080M0 80GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive

-

SONY MPF920 Black 1.44MB 3.5" Internal Floppy Drive

-

Thermaltake HardCano 12 HDD Cooler and LCD Heat Monitor

-

ASUS DRW-1608P BLACK Black IDE DVD Burner (DVD-R +- / DVD-RW +-) (Double Layer)

And gonna add a light of course...gots to...but thats bout it. It comes to a grand total of:

$1,429.33 (with shipping and taxes)

So lemme know how this one sounds

PLEASE get rid of the Raidmax case. You need a good power supply. Raidmax PSUs have a history of exploding and taking your whole system with it. You need OCZ, Fortron/Sparkle, Antec, or Enermax.
You should really go Athlon64... It's cheaper and has better gaming performance.
Also you don't need that hard drive cooler thing... Total waste of money.
