You can use gas? I always though those things could pierce through clothing and goggles.[/quote:c8f5f]
Nope, there's two types of gas, green and red. Green gas is the most common and propels bbs at about the same speed as any AEG, red gas is under more pressure and can shoot faster (alot of guns dont recommend it), but still not even close to what would be needed to pierce goggles.

Then theres the classic army[/url:45fda] ones that seem just as nice. Then theTokyo Marui[/url:45fda]. The Tokyo's dont seem to be up to the quality of the other two.

I want a full metal, everything, basically. Im only looking at m4 style weapons. Im not to concerned about the cost. I want a nice high quality, top of the line, king of the hill, grand master, big kahuna, airsoft m4 AEG. Fit and finish are paramount. Right now the ICS seems to be that weapon, but i figured i would check the database (you) of airsofters around here.

Please provide links to any weapons you suggest.
Tokyo Mauri is the Honda of Airsoft, the quality isnt great but they will run forever without any care.

Thats exactly why I'd recommend one beer:
But lets define quality here, I'm pretty sure you mean "luxury", as in no metal body. Other than that the "quality" is as good as any other for what the performance is.

Agreed, but its definitely not impossible. I threw an m16 stock on mine to house a large battery instead of the minis in the grip, that also let add a nice full RIS system to it

When it comes to AEG’s, the quality of a G&G can’t be beat, but they go for about twice as a TM. Although you won’t need much upgrades to start. G&G’s are not only all metal, but G&G started off as a airsoft accessory manufacturer, no, a high mother fucking quality airsoft accessory manufacturer. Take it from me; anything that starts off with “G&G” is a good piece of whatever.

ICS AEG’s are the best for anyone, but especially for total noobs that have never cracked open a gearbox apart. They use a two-piece gearbox that can be cracked open with just one body pin removed, and then you can slide out the upper gearbox half, install an upgraded spring and be at about 340fps. If you only plan on fucking around in your backyard or with some friends (which I don’t recommend because morons that do this with carelessness are ruining the hobby)than don’t go all out.

Right now I run a 100% custom gun, it shoots about 395fps(400 is the limit when we usually play). It’ll shoot 2in groups at 100ft so I would say it’s a piece of cake to hit a standing man sized target at 250 if you’re good within a few shots. I have 13 TM standard magazines so about 1200rnds with me loaded at all times.

Now to address the stupid ass comment that you can’t use gas guns, whoever said that is a moron. Everyone I know carries a gas gun, as a backup weapon. Sidearm/pistols are all powered by gas (unless you’re a lame pussy with a Springer). I have 3 pistols currently, A custom Para Ordnance P14.45 with 5 spare mags, a KSC G23F with 3 spares, and a G18c with surefire m3.

I also run 2 gear “kits” One as my recon load out, one as my norm. Both cost me about 500$+ to build up.

I’ve dropped about 4k into my airsoft shit overall within the last 2 years…so I know what I am talking about. I’ve also put about 30,000rnds downrange…

PS: Paintball is for n*****s and pussies…
how much was all that?[/quote:2b6a1]

The rifle was like 285 or something like that, the hand grip with Verticle grip was like 60 and the scope was another 50.

Anyway juju, i like the retractable stock for CQB, otherwise i'd change it out. But i love my Tokyo Mauri, but i cant get rid of that fucking black tape on the trademarks, it was like hard masking tape thats like glued on, it wont come off.
