Zombies are slow and definitly no match for ninjas. Robots, well it depends what kind of robots we're talking about. Say these robots were transformers, i doubt the ninjas would be able to cope. SPECIFICS , MAN

robots would beat zombies because zombies have to eat brains to live and robots don't have brains to eat so the zombies would die. Plus, robots are stronger than zombies

Ninjas would kick zombie ass by cutting all heads off. Then theyd sink the pirateship by stealthing around it, cutting the cannon lines and all.
