This didn't need to be locked.
Plus, I wanted to share my burger recipe.
Zonah's Cluck n' Moo Burgers
------------------------------
1 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 lbs ground chicken/turkey
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 large eggs
12-15 soda crackers, crushed fine
2 tbsp Montreal Steak Spice
1/2 packet Onion Soup Mix
3-4 splashs Frank's Red Hot
Mix all that shit up in a bowl and form into 1" thick patties. Grill 'em 'till they're well done.
Good fucking eating right there.

i used to make turkey burger that had monteray jack cheese on them with turky bacon on top, super good...
lately i've been into the wendys big bacon classic, such a tastey burger...

Best way to make burgers.
First get this:

its probably not that high is you get lean hamburger meat. (lots of protein tho ). id probably be ok eating 39g of fat if i got 19 grams of protein. same goes with peanut butter for me .... ill eat the shit outta that stuff just for the protein.
