if he comes into your house you can shoot him and claim self defense, its your word against his and he's dead ( im being dead serious when i say a lawyer told me that word for word ) i'm not sure if thats accurate or not

same thing i asked myself. She was like ' they've been cutting through my yard for for months and i just had to put my foot down '* or something like that. She said she was only try to 'scare' the kids but this is how innocent kids get killed by idiots with guns and bad tempers. The host, chris crok was actually applauding her effort to keep the kids out of her yard. He's not a bad guy but i didn't feel him on that issue with the tresspassing and all. Maybe if i owned a home i'd better understand where these people are coming from. |

I believe that is totally incorrect. Like others said, if a burglar is climbing through your back window and trip and fall and injure themselves, they can sue. If you catch someone breaking into your hourse and lets say they have a knife on them, or something similar, and you shoot them; you can be charged. |
