Anyone who is an athlete should know about the "piss thing."

I only drink water and milk, and usually I drink over 8 glasses of water a day. Sports drinks and sodas are absolute garbage, espically during the lifting season.

Diuretic means you pee alot, dysentery is an infection of bowel were you have pretty bad diarrhea. If you were trying to get at dehydration then that's still wrong, because urine is the excess water and nutrients from your body.
