Hopefully the child was transfered out of the school (as if it would help really), and parental supervision has been increased a Mega-Jillion Fold, because for an 8th grader to be not only that sexually active/aware but obviously willing ot use that sexuality IRRESPONSIBLY - says tons about the home environment she had in the first place.
