For the time being i don't see much reason in upgrading, its good to have the latest stuff yeah but at the mo no game i have is really pushing my hardware too much.

Was thinking about an upgrade to the following, but just gonna wait till i see how crysis and quakewars run on my current hardware (plus im fucking skint at present) biggrin: . No gfx card in the build as theres no r600 or r650 available yet.

I was just kidding. Yeah, there is no real reason to upgrade from 939 if you're already running a pci-e system.

Core 2 Quadro is pretty expensive, isn't it? I think it's like around a grand over here.

Quad over here is around £620 odds for the extreme version and £350 odds for the 2.4ghz version. Some quads have been clocked to around 3.6ghz or more which would be insane performance. Saying that though the more cores you have obviously theres the possibility one or more may not scale as high as the others and thats the limiting factor. Id be happy with one at stock or a few hundred mhz on the oc. biggrin:
