lol, funny.
Anyways, why the hell would you own a gun like that (unless your collector, and even then its pointless), every red blooded american should own a pistol, Shotgun, and a rifle (.3006, .33, etc...) autos are just dumb for civilians.

The SKS has been known to "slam fire" that means sometimes it will fire as if it is full auto but that is when its very dirty. the firing pin MUST be clean enough so when shaken you hear an audible clicking sound, that would tell yopu its moving freely and not stuck in the forward possition which would cause a slam fire.

Nice gun.
Full auto doesn't have to be illegal, $200 a background check and a class III permit make it all groovy.
Too the dipshit canadian wondering why we need those kinds of guns - to keep wussies like you north of the border. Vote for your own laws and dont worry about ours.
High capacity clips, bayonettes, and flash suppressors are not illegal. The are just pre-ban. They cannot be made new anymore, the existing ones are fine, just really expensive. I dont think the folding stock is an option without a class III permit, but I am not sure.
Guns like that are a lot of fun to shoot. I just picked up a G3 semi-auto a couple of days ago. Its sweet little bitch.

1 getting a classIII FFL (Federal Firearms License)is next to impossible to get
2 the term pre-ban is a joke, its mostly used at gun shows buy idiots trying to pass of something that is not what its claimed to be
3 folding stocks can be bought legally just cant be installed (go figure)

then what is the purpose of buying them? oOo:
if they are just trying to keep you from making the gun smaller you could just saw off the stock

Class III is not hard to get. Apply, pass background check, give them your money. You cant do it overnight, but it is not hard. Class III weapons are very expensive. A friend paid $7000 for a mp5 and another $1000 for a suppressor (silencer). And you can shoot them at the range, just have your paper work.
Pre-ban means any number of things. Responsible dealers use it responsibly. I dont know who you deal with, but maybe you should consider finding someone new. Gun shows can have deals after you sort thru the crap, but the vendors almost remind me of gypsys sometimes. People I deal with use it to mean high capacity clips, those grooves down the side of the receiver so the folding stock fits properly when folded, things like that. If you someone doesnt know the difference, then they can get burned.
