For the guys that think it is photo chopped, follow the link under the picture. After much debate, my friends and I think it is real. She still looks ok with cloths, just a little plump, but you dont wear cloths like that if you can pull it off.

So I'm thinking: It might be slightly photoshopped. Because, when you look at the MTV photos, well, she has quite a belly, but will it pop out when she sits like on the posted photo? Not sure.

I can understand why MTV would not host that pic though, probably Chris herself prevented that from happening, biggrin:
