Actually a punch to the head first wont gurantee a win. Ive been punched in the face a few times first and still ended up winning the fight. The trick is to relentlessly beat the shit out of the other guys face. Yes it does help if u get the first punch but just dont let down after that. If u started it dont finish until its done.

The quickest way to end a fight, without resorting to a swift kick in the junk, is to take the base of your hand and slam it upwards underneath the guy's nose. Curl your fingers, but keep your palm open, bend the knees and explode upward. Follow through and make a high-pitched Bruce Lee-esque "OOOOOH-WAAAAAAAA!!!" (this is optional, but cool nonetheless).

This will definitely stun the guy and instantly start his eyes to tear up (no matter how tough he is...it's physiology that can't be stopped). You might break his nose in the process. Bonus!

There's an urban legend that this move could kill someone by driving the nose into the brain. It's not true...just a myth.

Fighting is always a last resort, in my book. Sometimes you just have to defend yourself, however. If you're lucky enough to see an opening to try this move, go for it.

Well, that is essentially what I said. But, unless you wanna get hit by him, you have to get the first clean punch to the face. Then you lay in and you're guaranteed a win.

Like Zone said, you punch someone in the nose, their eyes go watery. Very hard to see.
You get em' directly in the jaw head on, and the pain will stun them, leaving the dazed.
