well im not spending more then 100 bucks on graphics card cause i don't play video games as much i used to. please inform me of a decent card under 100 bucks i know theres some 128 ati cards that are under 100, what do you recomend?

I got my Sapphire Radeon 9200 128 Mb DVI/DVO for like $100 half a year ago.
It should be below that now. A fair bit below, tbh. Works like a charm for me, and i havent had any problems at all with it.

Gainward mx440> 5200 & 9200

Get a good AMD stock HS on it ,overclock it and it will blow those out of the water.. I have one in another computer..3dmarkable@400core/700mem happy:

6-3-3 is teh sux. HDD isn't SATA and burner isn't DVD+r/-r...

To top it all off, it's a fukn P4. Are you purposefully trying to make me sick ?
