Im only in my highschool Cisco class, CCNA Semester 4, its ridiculous.

none of the kids in my school ever take CISCO as a serious subject (maybe out of the 30 or so people, about 3 actually do the work honestly and not cheat from websites).

thats how it is in my class too, im in the middle. i dont cheat, but im lazy and leech off other people's labs, helping out once and a while. but i do know a lot of stuff.
