i set up a couple of people with Razrs at work and i havent had any complaints. maybe its your service provider. ive seen the reviews online, and alot of the complains have to do with people being retarded. dropping a slim phone onto the pavement = your loss, what do people expect, thats why youre supposed to take care of your shit. devices do go bad, but they have warrantys and the complaints you have posted seem that they could be fixed by a return within 30 days or changing your service provider. i dont own one myself, so im not going to put myself on a limb further than what ive said.
we changed from cingular to t-mobile and i got this pos for free like 4 months ago so i cant return it, obviously and i dont know if there is a warrenty on it.
