when arnold describes "the pump" in pumping iron.

"The greatest feeling you can get in a gym, or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is... The Pump.
It's as satisfying to me as, uh, coming is, you know? As, ah, having sex with a woman and coming. And so can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like, uh, getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven. "
-Arnold Schwarzenegger "Pumping Iron" (1977

At the end of the movie Cool Runnings, after they wreck their sled they pick it up and carry it across the finish line. The Jamaican music is playing and the rich guy's dad opens up his jacket and he has a Jamaican Bobsled shirt on underneath. It was actually very inspirational.

Anchorman - The look on Will Ferrel's face while Paul Rudd introduces his choice of cologne he's about to put on (The panther stuff that smells like "bigfoots dick")....Pretty much every word that comes out of Ron Burgundy's mouth during that entire movie is perfectly hilarious. Will Ferrel's best film, IMO.

Dirty Work - The scene where Don Rickles yells at Artie Lange & Norm Macdonald....
Mr. Hamilton: So there you are, tubby. Look like a bucket of lard on a bad day. You baby gorilla. Why don't you work in a zoo, and stop bothering people? Got a call yesterday from Baskin Robbins. They said that they're down to only five flavors. You're swelling up as I talk to you.

...It goes on, fuckin hilarious. "Asalalalamalamala and they're all suckin sand."

Made - The "Whip" scene. ROFLMFAO even after 1,000,000 viewings. Vince Vaughn is a genius. Perfectly executed.
