I only ask because looking back one of the biggest myths according to popular mechanics and other "myth busting" sites was the "raping of babies and shooting at rescuers." despite no rescuers being hit, no attackers being killed, and no bullet holes being found in any fuselages of rescue vehicles and helicopters.

Katrina was and still is surrounded in sensationalism, racism and incompetence.

Also and who cares if that chief is part of the most corrupt police department, that still doesn't prove what you say is true.
