Couple of thoughts:

WALT is in on it. It may have something to do with a group of crazies kidnapping him, but I'm thinking that his sudden outburst of emotion (from the damn near autistically non-emotional WALT we saw last) was part of the rouse to completely get MICHAEL to do the work of Mrs. CLUE - since WALT gave MICHAEL pretty much everything he has wanted from WALT, "love" and the need for his father ("save me dad!").

As for CLUE's "has Walt ever been where he shouldnt be" - more psychic projection hints? The appearance of Kate's horse, Jacks father, Hurleys friend, drowning Walt, and the polar bear - all powers WALT possesses?

Also - appearantly Michael Emmerson will be a series regular next season.

Google him yourself if you want to know which character it is.

Remember in one of the flashbacks in the first season when Walt was drawing on the floor and the bird crashed into the window and died? The stepdad said somethign about Walt not being right, or that Walt gave him the creeps, something like that.

I think Walt has a wish fulfillment type power (polar bear, rare bird, wining every game of backgammon, having the ability to AIM his dad on the outdated DHARMA computers, etc)
Now, STFU with 2.22 spoilers!!

no, I don't think they did. They were keeping it a secret from Jack in this week's episode saying they tracked Henry, but then lost his tracks and came back.
If you want to see what Alvar Hanso (probably) looks like, click here.[/url:ebaca] (Possible spoiler I guess, so beware.) ed:

That was hidden behind the old grainy picture of AH on the TV ad page at the Hanso Foundation website. You can only see it if you save the contents of that page as a PDF and move the elements around using the "TouchUp Object Tool" in Acrobat.

^ That was Michael jabbing away at the keyboard; I doubt it means anything.

This is the best place to keep up with the Lost Experience stuff: http://blogs.abc.com/inside_the_experience/ Read the Week 1 and Week 2 round-ups for everything that's been revealed so far.
