[quote="aNti hEro":69c00]maybe he didnt go because he doesnt enjoy social events.. ever think of that? ivenever gone to a school dance/prom or any special occasion.. because i dont want to. i spend enough time with those assholes, i dont want to waste my time outside of school with them.[/quote:69c00]
Ive never ever been to any after school activity social thing except prom, why? because they all seem so gay. Prom was the only thing i attended and is the last thing in HS ill ever attend (obviously because i graduate in 5 days) biggrin:

Largely the same deal, except we call it "the Ball." Usually lots of fun, I've been too both of mine, and am going to my new school's Ball this year, adn my old school's ball which is a month after.
We have things called 'After-Balls' which is a huge party usually in a warehouse somewhere, set up by the Seniors. You buy tickets to that as well, they supply free liquor, get real drunk and usually go to a mates house after that for an 'after-after-ball' in which you try and pimp the ladies, if you haven't earned any by then.

As I remember there were too many brasshats (principal, vice principal, 3 assistant principals, 5 assistant-vice principals, 10 vice-assistant-vice principals, 20 vice-vice-vice principals, etc) as every school event so it was thoroughly no fun.
I would just as soon go berserk and go on a principal fragging spree.
I can see the headlines:
student shoots and bayonets principal, vice principal, 2 assistant principles, 5 assistant-vice principals, etc. dragged off yelling "Semper Fi" claims to be John Wayne reincarnated.
yeah, our nazi administration made life difficult for eveyone

I went to my high school graduation, man...it was a blast!
We had a "Safe Grad" the night of our ceremony where everyone stayed in the school and had water fights, coffee house entertainment (supplied in part by yours truly), and other stuff like that.
Then, the next night, we all went camping and got HOSED!! There was about 600 people at our grad party, with only 200 being actual graduating students...heh heh. I drank 26 beer that night.... biggrin:
Good times.

I hated prom by the third time i went. I dated a girl from a different school my junior through senior year so i had to endure 4 proms alltogether. Add two homecoming dances a year, and two sadie hawkins' dances (means the girls ask the guys) and I was completely hating every school function. I look back now and i find it very overated.
"Here is your flower baby, the limo is waiting oustide. Oh yeah, and Mr. Salininski, I promise I wont bang your daughter." :)

They had a thing like that after graduation. It was pretty fun because I'd never see most of the people again, but the capper of the night was that they gave away mad money, gift certificates and all the cheerleaders were in bikini's! biggrin:
