ROFLMAO... I remember hating that cartoon. There were just too many "BANG- Im OK!!" jokes to warrant it a good show. I forgot so much about this stuff..Nick was incredible back then. I'd take Rocko over SpongeBob anyday (who I happen to like, too)

Rocko=Spongebob if you've yet to notice (even one of the people who worked on Rocko is a main producer of Spongebob)

Rocko is Spongebob, Mr. Bighead is Squidward, Heifer (the cow) is Patrick, Spunky is Gary, and (to a lesser degree) Philbert is Sandy (because they rarely appear, but are known characters).

i didn't remember who that was... but after reading a description, i could agree with you because they are both over-acheiving types. And Stephen Hillenbran or something was the guy who worked on both shows.
