[quote="Bean 2":66d39]Anybody know a good place to get either the Nikon D50 or D70? Also any recommendations on which camera?[/quote:66d39]
Circuit City if you catch them on sale.
Ritz Camera and B&H Photo are good stores too.
Get the D50, it's cheaper and pretty much the same as the D70. Leaves you more money for glass.
jus realized 4 of my previous pictures were blurry. but actualliy, i do infact, like the blurry pics lol.
here are a few more

well none of the second set of 5 were blurred. and a few from the first set, i did not intentionally blur. i slowed the shutter speed on one of them. the rest came by a coincidence of planning and luck. these are all raw images without any changes whatsoever by the way.
arg i agree. well i dont live in there area wheer a gajillion watt flash would be welcomed so i settle for the built-in one and for there to be enough light in the picture, the shutter speed slows. and my bro has the tripod somewhere...so i jus did the best i could with my shaky hands.
Anti, is that Nikon a digital camera? I have a Nikon SLR 35mm camera (N50 i believe) and would like to also purchase a Nikon digital. Would my lenses interchange with a Nikon digital?
They would but you would lose alot of features. The lens would be magnified 1.5x , no autofocus, and you would have to shoot fully manual while adjusting the aperature on the lens itself; but all in all it still works. That shot of the Nikon cap, Gumby, and I <3 Skateboarding are all on an old macro slr lens.
sidenote: Nikon discontinued making fillm cameras loney: so hold on to it. In some time i'm sure some camera junkies will pay big bucks for what they can't get anymore.
