Hell, it's not even worth looking at this "issue" seriously. It's really pitiful and pathetic.

The reality is the cops really aren't going to do shit about his current situation.

The guy tried to run them down in a CAR...Maybe "next time" it happens they might not jump out of the way fast enough.
