I'm glad I did, I play so much better on the 360 in servers than I ever did on PC.

Take on all you douches with the M1. | medic + shotty = you dead biggrin:

i love being a medic in CoD3 | I wish people I know would play with me. I played with stat before and that was hilarious - We need to all play either cod3 or R6V together one night, because those seem to be to the more popular games among the forum and the most fitting considering the general topic of "FPS gameforums.com" |

to the people who think an FPS hasn't had good controls on a console until the 360
haven't you fucker splayed goldeneye or perfect dark for n64

the best FPS's of all time AND the best controsl of any FPs on a console...and this is not even comparable.

though the 360 is the closest thing...R6 Vegas runs so smoothly in their control scheme.

Honestly, i used to shit all over controllers for FPS's. Having the 360 for a while now and those being the bulk of my play (3rd and first) i can say i like it. Having the buttons easily laid out so you not reaching for some key mapped across the board. The aiming can be a bitch but ive found just playing more and more it becomes more fluid. That and the games look a shit ton better on my 360 than they do on my PC, R6: vegas barly ran on my PC, but is stunning on the 360. Same with GRAW.
 AMD 3200+ 64
 1 gig mushkin 222 special
 nvidia 6800gt pcie

its not that bad, but latly games have been kicking its ass.

Games for the 360 compared to the PC have been total shit. I also like not having to reach all over the keyboard to hit keys. |

[quote:746be]Microsoft's finally patching the wicked s'ploits on the Xbox 360, which have been around since November and demoed in December, with a somewhat mandatory patch. They're pushing the update as an update instead of a security fix, and is "pulling a Sony" and including the update in all games that are published after February 20. Sounds just like the PSP to us.

What does this mean? Well, unless you're one of the handful of people who are using the 360 to run Linux or to run burned games, you'll be fine. For the rest, you'll probably need to get a new Xbox 360 to play newer games or else run the risk of not being able to play any of your old pirated games[/quote:746be] |

 sleeping:
Just like the PSP, itll be cracked within the day.

EDIT: As expected - this fixes something entirely different than the firmware hack. . .I guess folks were able to get LINUX running on the XBOX360. There probably little MS can do to prevent the firmware hack, but then if it was created by man, it can be broken by man.
