there has been a lot of fan reaction because they never lowered ticket prices after the lockout, hell they may have raised them a bit.
also the fact that the tigers and pistons are both pretty succesful, combine that with the michigan economy (shit) and you can see why people didnt go.
nosebleed seats for the wings game were 84 bucks last night face value they would rather drive 3 hours across the lake and see the tigers in toronto for 15 bucks

Go to Buffalo to watch hockey. Easier to get a ticket there, and the building is so much louder. You will probably pay about the same in ticket price as they jack up their prices whenever the Leafs come into town, but it's well worth it.

im hoping to see the jays a few times this year...you're right much cheaper...
the air canada centre is too good though...every seat is good...it's pretty nice...one of the best anyways

Maaaaan! The sharks/preds game last night was INSANE! Awesome game, awesome call by Gord Miller/Pierre McGuire.
The Canucks/Stars game seemed like it was in slow motion by comparison.

I wartched part of that game on NBC. Tehy do a real good job. And NBC HD is better then CBC HD.
