yeah, They are really supposed to be used for long range nades. I usually pick them back up and throw them back to the rifler guy, or just pick it up and do a suicide run. |

This is the by the far the sexiest game ever released. If HL2 ever gets HDR ported over to it (or Lost Cost comes out) then it will reclaim the title.

But for now, DoD:S has the best graphics of any game out there.

As for gameplay, they are completely different. DoD:S requires a little skill and a tiny bit of teamwork to be successful.

I can't even play it because of some bs error with valves credit card system, was able to play it monday and tuesday, then on wednesday i get a popup saying the creditcard was declined. I check the steam forums and this seems to be a repeat of what happened on hl2 launch day. Loads of other people trying multiple cards and the same shit. cuss:
From what i played it seemed pretty fun, although the game does seem to be speeded up somewhat. Ive already been called a camper when i was using a deployed mg42, hmm now i wonder why i would be sitting in the one spot with that paticular weapon. rolleyes: oOo:

The hdr to me isn't really that noticable in the game, when i look at the ground then up at the sky i can see it but not too much besides that. The hdr seems pretty subtle on both my systems.

I love the way the outside looks when you are inside a dark building. Although it's way harder to see people in dark rooms, it looks some much better, imo. And a sexy game is more important than a few deaths.

I heard that something happened and TONS of people got their credit cards declined. Sounds like whoever Valve does their accounting and stuff through fucked up bad.

That's the question I am asking to you...I just wish there were other ways to pay over the internet than credit card.
