crunches and sit ups are teh best way. do them sideways too. also, lie on your back and do leg lifts to work your lower abs. i do them during tv commercials too.

Ok, this is a 2 part answer:
Answering the actual thread question, crunches are the best for your abs but don't do them with your hands behind your neck (a good way to injure your neck and/or back) Instead, place your hands across your chest. As for your lower back, lie flat on your stomach and arch your back where both your legs and upper torso comes off the floor. I place my arms crossed just under my chin. ok, 2nd answer that's not in the original question, Yes, a marathon sex romp can be a good form of excersize. Ever fuck the breath out of someone?? I did, the girl had to take her asthma pump !! |

For abs the best I've come across is a simple exercise where you lay like you are going to do sit-ups, but put you arms straight into the air and pick your shoulders off the floor and hold for 15-30 seconds. If you are doing it correctly, it will be VERY hard to hold it for longer than 20 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds and do it again. At the end of like 10 of those, your abs should feel very worked out and weak. Thats what you want, building muscle is all about making tiny tears in the muscles which are rebuilt, if you are not soar afterwords, you didnt make those tears and you wont build any muscle.
