im a pretty old man compared to some of you guys. im 49 years old. 6ft.2in. about 210..i can press about 225. not bad for an old duffer.

Yeah I work out my upper body a lot more than lower. Man I hate squats so much, and I guess its because I hurt my back a few years ago playing football. And I don't know why you had a hard time believing Joe, since he has a big size on him, he should be able to lift more than the average queer.

Man to play JV football in my school you have bench 25 pounds over your weight, squat 100 over and powerclean 10 over. On top of that lineman have to run a 400 yard dash in something like 1 minute. Its pretty hard and you have to do 2 400 yard dashes both witha time under 60 seconds or you have this thing called "house of pain" the name is very self explanatory.
