MY Daily Supplement Dosages. Wake Up 2 Green Tea Pills 500mg total Work Out for 2 Hours (Cardio, Definition Training, Muscular Strength Training, depends on the month and what I want. (Creatine With THe Workout Every other (month) for half a year. (So every other month for half a year. thats 3 months a year max in total. Lunch Gulp Down 2 Pill's Of CLA 2 Green Tea Pills Dinner (Usaully Protein Meat etc. with a potato for carbs. Before Bed 3 ZMA Pills for better sleep (Zinc Magnesium Help muscle heal better) 2 More Green Tea Pills' MOnth with Creatine 80 $ a month Month With no Creatine 40 $ a month Eames for you I would suggest a 2 month binge on Creatine right before/During every workout (if dialy) (Edit my mistake was thinking of whey protein at the time when I was typing in my train of thought") -after that do steady Whey Protein For as long as disired until the disred body mass is gianed. Change meals ot include less carbs (still have good amount and lots of meat. (Whey Protein is just regular protein in a form so the body can absorb it in 17 minutes flat thus making the developement prime time right after the work out get the building blocks it needs at the perfect time). Creatine should cost you 30 a month and the Whey around 35 $ american for good stuff. -Make sure to balance out and not work out the same muscles day in and day out give them a daily break EG: work the triceps out every other day. Best advice I can give. (Don't neglect the legs, people so often do.). |

(Don't neglect the legs, people so often do.).[/quote:b3290] actually right now ive been working out on a push-pull routine where i do chest, tri's, and shoulders one day then arms and back the next day. i run daily so i don't work legs very often, it interferes with running. but basicly the supplement routine you just described is what im getting ready to get on, except instead of taking creatine im taking these pills called no2 which basicly perform the same thing that creatine does except you actually gain more muscle mass on the no2 instead of having them filled with water like with creatine. im getting paid today and making my stop at gnc tomorow, im finished with all of my exams as of today so im going to start training hard to get ready for ocs if im selected to participate in plc. run twice a day, lift, complemented with 300 pushups/situps a day, pull up pyramid every other day. |
Ya Creatine is water weight but easy to maintain mixed with Whey Protein right after. Just don't ever do it for to long or else yourliver will want to beat you down. no2 Ive heard but never treid or any.

GG I must have been the only natural kid out there when i played ball. No creatine no nothing just steak, protein and other shit. For a freshman I was pretty damn strong last year.

you take it 2-3 hours before you lift and drink a shit load of water so your muscles can retain the fluid and help you lift longer without getting tired oOo: |

I said before and during" You can take it during your work out and right before. wtf is this shit about taking it 3 hours prior ? buddy please. Ive done buckets off this shit, I know better then you. If you read losely its while you lift and before. Creatine not only "fgives" energy as you say but it helps develope muscle mass (water weight as well). I did type up their after which was a mistake I lost my train of thought at the second and was thinking of whey..brain fart. My bad. Ill admit my fuck up. but...., Theirs a reason you chug half a whey protein shake then sip the rest for 15 minutes after wards. But" Creatine is before. I've done all of this shit before and I have gained massive results with "it" . as fo my daily regimine if you "wish to know my water intake to supplement the creatine( if im doing it that month) I chug aywhere from 12 to 14 bottles a day of bottled Water. (mostly Brita Filter refilling etc). Definition is fine but when you need that extra strength with mass well..... Supplements will get you their a hell of a lot faster becasue honestly keeping a diet with what they pack would be next to impossible to get what they give and maintain that type of diet. You know how much friggin food you would need in order to get the same amount of Zinc and Magnesium that ZMA gives ? |

It can cuase liver problems but thats for daily taken long time users. -To Lev". Natural just doesn't cut it when Im going up against 325 pound Nose Guards. (Im only 235)I need more developement which Healthy supplements Gives (The Supplements I use are almost all natural Grren Tea and CLA are both natural suplements (of which the CLA is just fatty acids no longer in or regular food becasue of modern day Genetic Modifications to 99 % of our food. The Creatine is something i only do for half a year every other month of that "half". Green Tea, CLA, all natural my freinds. ZMA is just something which gives better sleep and the zinc and magnesium our body naturally needs but never gets much of. Not "taking these" only hinders any gains. SO if you think about it these 3 really aren't for mass building as much as they are for giving yourbody the things it needs. CLA only enables your muscle to better feed off your own body's fat for its own developement as well. This supplement regimine has also been approved by the Nutritionalist Teacher at my school. (The Creatine isn't a regular thing.) |

Trust me, I know a few people who stopped lifting because of college,etc and all their mass went away in a matter of weeks.
