MOV:V Screenshot: Lift Here?
 

Anyone else notice this screenie:

This is from Noctis's site, movv.com. There's a pic of a M113 APC, but why the hell does it say "LIFT HERE" on the top-right front corner? I've driven these for about three years now, and the only thing up there is the radiator cap, a tow hook, and that's about it. The drivers hatch is on the other side, and the engine door opens from the middle bottom. Any ideas? oOo:

Might be for the crane hooks to pick them up and place them onboard transport ships ? Just a thought...

Possibly. Maybe it's the spot for 4 gamers to push at on an enemy M113 to tip it over! biggrin:

Meh, BW is probably right. I've never seen that though, nor do I know what it can be lifted from. Unless the games engine just didn't put in the crane hooks. Whatever. .

Thx zone that game looks pretty tight. Wonder when it comes out.

During Vietnam the carriers hooks were built in to the frame (sort of an indented bar) to keep from getting them filled and snagged on things. From the side looking at the carrier you could not see that the hooks for hookup were there, so they painted lift here on the side to show where the hooks were.

looks good, the AK47 is an awesome weapon! Will be nice to fire the "cyber" versoin of it for a change.

Thx for the website joe it kinda looks like mohaa a little bit to me but it still looks like a realy good game.

well i'm guessing that maybe, just MAYBE a game about vietnam will include AK-47s.
