Remember, if you can bench your weight, you're doing good...

I'm not looking for the "big" muscles. Just strength and endurance, because having "big" muscles will slow you down in the military.

Vance 03-04-2003 08:19 PM

True dat Zap, its not like I'm going to bodybuild or something - just a little stronger arms is what I would like.

I'm thinking about taking some steriods. Not Andro or Creatine, but real roids. I know its probably not good, but I wanna get up to about 230 lbs. I can't do that without the juice. But I've never really taken anything before so I'm not sure...

I will be taking oral steroids very soon: Anavar (strength and muscle gain,
muscle hardener) and Clenbuterol (muscle builder, highly potent fat burner)
will do the trick: no injectables for me! The side-effects on Anavar are little
to none, while there are no side-effects for Clenbuterol, which is why it's legal.

If you need information on steroids, don't hesitate to PM me...

EasyTrick2.0 03-04-2003 10:26 PM

See solidus is a cheater. You can't take that shit and call yourself strong. It aint fair. Anyways, I am 180 and I bench about 185 when I actually bench, my max is something around 210, of course I kind of stopped for awhile with football ending and all.

I beg to differ: I haven't taken anything in the past. Furthermore, when
you train a little longer, you will realize EVERYONE you idolize has taken
them at one point or another in their life: this wasn't meant as an excuse
but you do need to understand that certain muscles do NOT appear if you
don't stimulate them in a special way: that's why professional bodybuilders
have that 'look'.

Also, who said life was fair ? Why would my steroid usage concern anyone
but myself ? Finally, you CAN take it and call yourself strong because you
ARE. As far as I'm concerned, steroids are nothing more than training aids.

A temporary effect of taking testosterone injections. A few weeks after
your final injection, things should be back to normal: taking orals does
not shrink your unit.

Chronic Diarrhea 03-04-2003 11:07 PM

Thank God, I need all I can get.

SoLiDUS 03-04-2003 11:14 PM

You can always do penis enlargement exercises for your penis: JELQ is very
good. At first, it gives you girth but as you progress it works on your length
as well. I don't do it anymore, but that's just because I'm lazy: if you aren't
a lazy slob like me, you should see some worthy results in less than a month.

Just look for JELQ on the web: careful though, you'll have to weed through
the porn sites, paying sites and attraction sites (the ones who only put key
words to get you on their site).

Arkan 03-04-2003 11:19 PM

Well, benching doesn't measure anything...lotsa people think it's cool to bench a whole lot. This guy i once knew was on the juice and benched over 600Lbs (i'm not kidding either) He used to slide under parked cars and bench the rear axle for money. Well, this guy is completely bald now and has kidney problems. Wanna fuck with the juice, you'll pay the price later.
As for me, i'm in the 300 club with no juice...all natural. A healthy guy over the age of 18yrs should be able to bench his weight after a short time in the gym. Remember, start slow and try not to injure yourself. (believe me, you'll feel any injuries when you get a lil' older) I was a maniac when i was in my teens.....now, i smartened up and toned things down a bit.

For all you guys who want those "big" arms, the secret is not curling or bicep excersizes, it's the tricep that makes your arms look like hulk-hogan. Get a good tricep workout (at least once a week....don't over do) and you'll see dramatic results in 3 months. (don't neglect the bicep though)
Remember, with weight training, you'll need a good diet. Skip all the bullshit fastfoods and eat wholesome. Your body is young so set yourself good habits now and it'll be easier to follow once you get older.
All you need is 40 - 45 minute workouts 5 times a week. Work on one body part per session. There's no magic to it, just persistance!!

Bucknub 03-04-2003 11:20 PM

20-40 tops.. Im fuckin herc yo

1. He probably took crap (not everyone can get good Masteron anymore).
2. He probably did not use an ancillary, such as Clomid, to combat the S-Es.
3. He probably abused of them too: one or two cycles will NEVER harm you
if you know what you're doing. I'm tired of people bashing steroids.

As for the usual training advice, I agree with your arm suggestion, as arm
size is 2/3 triceps and 1/3 biceps. Fast food isn't that bad, but make sure
what you take has a lot of protein. Atkins diet is also pretty good for people
who want to lose fat: that means no carbohydrates for you, little boys. You
just need to be smart about your training, nutrition and other miscellaneous
things.

Knowledge is Power.

Chronic Diarrhea 03-04-2003 11:26 PM

Yeah, bench press isn't all that hard to increase. I was doing 250 in my 10th grade year before I got injured, all natural.

He's right about the tricep. Unless you are flexing, the tricep is much larger. Just don't break your puny ass bones trying to curl too much weight. evil:

I wanna get so big I look like Brock Lesnar or some shit. Man after my injury I got damn puny as hell, and it pisses me off. It doesn't piss me off because I'm trying to impress anybody, it just makes me mad knowing I used to look decent and now I'm ghey.

Also I'm running track right now, should I quit that so I can build up my weight to 230?

SoLiDUS 03-04-2003 11:28 PM

If you intend on weighing 230lbs, forget about track man: speed will no
longer be in your vocabulary. biggrin:

SoLiDUS, I'm not gonna argue with you but i disagree with a few things you said....especially about the "Atkins diet". That diet does more harm than good. (It makes the body act as if it's diabetic). A buddy of mine got all fucked up on the "Atkins diet" and it took him about a year to straighten it all out. As for steroids, you really don't need them. I wish i had a picture of my former personal trainer who was in his young 40's. He had an incredible body with very little body fat......the guy was ripped and i never quite seen anything like it especially for someone his age and he did it all naturally. That guy is a poster for natural weight-training. He proves that it can be done but at a price. The price being very strict discipline. Steroids takes away that discipline and is essentially a short-cut. (of course you still have to lift the weights) No matter what you know or think you know about steroids, it comes with a price and you'll find out what price when you get older. Go the natural way and you'll be in better shape and it'll last a whole lot longer.
Good luck.

SoLiDUS 03-05-2003 06:02 AM

The Aktins diet is very safe if done properly: one must know how much
carbohydrate intake is allowable and how much nullifies the diet. Common
sense, really...

[quote:1c9ae]No matter what you know or think you know about steroids, it comes with a price and you'll find out what price when you get older. Go the natural way and you'll be in better shape and it'll last a whole lot longer.[/quote:1c9ae]

Unfortunately, your position on steroids is erroneous. I have no intention
of going in detail about this, but suffice it to say that if you choose your
steroids and cycle correctly, you WILL get the results you so desire, minus
the side-effects people keep referring to because they don't know better.
Arnold was stupid to do steroids for years and years without taking breaks:
I know better. He and others made the mistakes and I learned from them.

Your trainer might have done it the natural way... but I have neither the
time nor the patience to lift for 20 years before my body becomes what I
want it to be NOW: I have no intention of changing my diet and living habits
so drastically as to get the results in 2 or 3 years time; and even THAT is
a very generous approximation.

You will have to excuse me if I sound rude, as I am a bit drunk right now...
oOo:

3/3 Marine 03-05-2003 08:20 AM

A couple of years ago.I used to weigh in the 220's before I started lifting and running. Since then I've reduced my weight to around 180. I was benching 320 and my body fat dropped to around 6 %. That was a couple of years ago and I've since stopped working out. The reason I stopped was because I didn't put any variation into my workout and became bored with it. So, remember, put variation into your workout, play basketball one day or something else, just to break up the monotony (sp?). I hope to get back into it soon.

Bazooka_Joe 03-05-2003 11:35 AM

6'2, 280lbs

Bench - Reg = 210, Max = 275
Squat - Reg = 305, Max = 320
Leg Press - Reg = 600, Max = 620
