 bind <key> "avidemo 20"
bind <key> "avidemo 0" One to turn it on, one to turn it off :) If you wanna lose the binds after that, simple: unbind <key> |

It'll take a shitload of screenies, and then kill your fps in the process, but hey, it works.. Have fun converting em all, can't load tgas in flash :)
