SS Manor TDM Beta
i started this map about 4 weeks ago, and the TDM version is ready as beta now. obj version, allies have to get inside, capture the SS Officer and get him back to allies spawn, and or steal documents. once tmt goes back up ill post a link to the thread that started the map, but its been down all day

suggestion don't let tree move. or don't use trees, takes away alot of the gameplay. mucho lag with alot of trees

Awesome map! But it lags horrible. Remove some trees or work with "Vis leafgroup". In case you didn't do that already. biggrin:

i forgot to post on here that it was compiled with fast light and vis. it took 7hrs to compile to 30% vis, so i just left it as fast vis for the beta. i might put a modified version of the oak tree .tik in the zip, so people with slow pcs, or even good pcs if the vis doesnt get better with a full vis, can put it in main, and itll stop the tree animations which should get the fps up a bit

yeh. go to the back of the house, and go down the steps. theres a huge memorial, based on a real on in Ypres. read the plaque on the cross at the back of the cemetary

Really nice map. One thing that I think is pretty cool is the way the shadows of the trees show up on the building outside of the cemetary. That's a nice effect.

i found these on google just. theyre photos of the memorial in the map. i might change it to look more like this [theres an alter in the middle and steps], but im fixing the obj version first:
