We have good relations with Serbia for the most part. They're thankful for U.S./U.N. intervention in getting Milosevic out of power. Still. . .I'm sure there is that contingent that dislike the U.S.

That's a shame about the assassination. The country was really making progress, socially. It will take years for all of that hatred to subside.
