We have good relations with Serbia for the most part. They're thankful for U.S./U.N. intervention in getting Milosevic out of power. Still. . .I'm sure there is that contingent that dislike the U.S.

i stand corrected from my previous comments, i talked to my grandpa about it and he said the guy was actually not that bad, he helped put milosevic away and some other stuff
