Fix the darn server downlaod!

One way to bring more maps to the community is to fix the darn server downloading. I would run all custom maps if I could but no one will play on my server then. Its to much effort for them to go...

Yes but what I'm saying is I have this line in my server.cfg:

set sv_pure 1

But I can still join the server with any custom pak file I want and use it. Like Bright skins, skope mods and so on....
