weren't we all noobs at one time?

i've been reading peoples threads here and there and peoples replies too them and one thing i don't understand is why when someone is new it's such a crime. i'm still fairly new to this game myself...

is there a mod that can be downloaded that keeps track of your kills versus deaths? if not i think that would be interesting to have. maybe one that tracked not only grand totals but also per map....

i know there are weapon skins out there to convert or enhance the look of your weapon, but how come no one has created different weapon mods like in ghost recon? if it has been done then just ignore...
