how to make weapon skins?
can somebody tell me how to open a weapon skin file in paint shop pro? ore something? i want to make my own skin's but don't now how to open the original so i can chance them:S i've never done this...

does somebody have a skin makin guide? i can't figure out how to make a weapon skin... i have paint shop pro, but i can't open a file of one of the skins... how do i open the skins in paint shop?...
