Change the inactive spectate to something stupidly low like 10 seconds.
But i honestly dont know if that works i have never seen anyone kicked for spectating but there is a line for it in the CFG.

Im in work now maybe someone with access to the script files will give you the exact lines...

and you get the SP music in MP.

VIEW is the drop menu and there is a section for viewing the models.

Also in EDIT preferences there is a model setting.
