I need help with skin. It was originally jpeg so...

I need help with skin. It was originally jpeg so i tried it out and the model is there its just not skinned. Its totally grey with no textures. So i renamed the jpeg to a tga file but still no luck....

Ok, i was wondering if anyone could edit the crossroads tdm map so it could have this extra thing that i want. What this "thing" is, is a cool pistol whipping arena i found on a map called Training...
