They are very accessible. I myself know of a site that not only has working aimbots, but at least 3 different transparent doors cheats. As well as wallhacks, bright/neon skins, and almost anything else you care to think of. I was told of the existence of this site by a friend of mine who plays Urban Terror, a Q3 TC. I went and had a look, and sure enough they have a whole MoH section. Along with nearly every MP game on the market today, even BF1942.
