Again, you are right, if they would just enforce the existing van laws we wouldnt have this problem. No reason to punish law abiding van owners for the crimes of the statistically insignificant few. Dozens, huh... That brings up another sore point with me.... Why do I have to have a license to operrate a van, and why do I have to have it registered and insured. I mean, come on isn't it a constiutional right to have a form of transportaion, Think about, if you form a Milita, you are going to need some way get around. I bet Hilter, Stalin and Mao made their people register their vans. also.
