Dozens, huh... That brings up another sore point with me.... Why do I have to have a license to operrate a van, and why do I have to have it registered and insured. I mean, come on isn't it a constiutional right to have a form of transportaion, Think about, if you form a Milita, you are going to need some way get around. I bet Hilter, Stalin and Mao made their people register their vans. also.
