A liberal scattering of nails, tacks, broken glass ( anything sharp and pointy ) thrown into the cycle lane should really do the trick, at least that way you wont have to risk arrest for a firearms charge

The odds of getting caught sowing the nails into the cycle lane must be close to nil.
