My top 2 (both SP):

1) going prone and being able to crawl while prone (ala Day of Defeat)

2) The AI is just too crazy compared to friendly AI. I mean they run while strafing and hit you with an MP40 from 200 Yards while doing it. Either jack up the friendly AI or decrease the enemy AI.

Bonus wish: Leaning in SP.
