yea soldiers knew before they joined that they might go to war and or die. You fucking swear in. When i enlisted for for the marines, we swore to defend democracy and follow the orders of the president. I signed papers saying I wasn't forced into joining or that I expected to treated special. That we weren't guarinteed station anywhere.
